Welcome to Canyonstone Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment
A confirmed booking is secured once full payment or a required deposit is received.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include guide services, transportation, and listed inclusions.
Canyonstone Tours reserves the right to adjust rates prior to booking confirmation if necessary (for example, due to changes in park fees or fuel costs).

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled tour.
50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before your tour.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows.
Tours canceled by Canyonstone Tours due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

3. Changes to Bookings
We will do our best to accommodate changes in date, time, or group size, but requests are subject to availability. Any price differences will be communicated before confirming changes.

4. Weather & Safety
Tours operate rain or shine, except in extreme weather conditions that could compromise safety. The guide has the right to modify or cancel any portion of the tour to ensure guest safety.

5. Liability
By booking, participants acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Canyonstone Tours and its guides are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
Guests are advised to have travel or medical insurance that covers outdoor activities.

6. Health & Fitness
Guests should be in reasonable physical condition to participate in the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before the tour date.

7. Conduct
Canyonstone Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving in a disruptive manner. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Photography & Media
Photos taken by Canyonstone Tours guides during your tour may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise. You may request that no photos of you or your group be used by contacting us.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within the state.
