Refund Policy

1. Booking & Payment

A confirmed booking is secured once full payment or a required deposit is received.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include guide services, transportation, and listed inclusions.

Canyonstone Tours reserves the right to adjust rates prior to booking confirmation if necessary (for example, due to changes in park fees or fuel costs).​

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled tour.

50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before your tour.

No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows.

Tours canceled by Canyonstone Tours due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
